Jammer is a building constructed to decrease the internet speed of neighboring players. It can be upgraded to increase its Level and expand its effective radius. For example, Level 2 covers a radius of 200 meters. The Jammer requires no resources, but ensure additional protection for this building, as neighbors may not appreciate the effects of your Jammer.
