🦕Building Demolition

Depending on your current desires and strategy, you may decide to demolish your buildings. The main reasons for demolition could be as follows:

1. You no longer need the resource or the amount of resources that the building is extracting, and you do not wish to spend resources on maintaining the building's operability.

2. You have too many buildings of the same type, and you have chosen to increase the LVL and efficiency of buildings rather than increasing the number of buildings.

3. You are limited in the number of hexagons you can use for building construction.

4. You want to change the LifeQuality of the area where the building is located to increase the efficiency of nearby buildings.

5. You have decided to sell or lease the hexagons on which the building is located.

The demolition process is very straightforward:

1. In the building card, find the "Destroy" button and click on it.

2. The demolition process of the building will start.

3. You can speed up the building's demolition process by clicking on the "Speed UP" button.

4. To clear the hexagon of construction garbage, tap on the "Clean" button.

Parameters:

• Demolition time: the time required to demolish the building. Demolition can be accelerated.

• Demolition price: usually consists of paying with QUBIT, BRAIN, CASH resources.

• Garbage collect time: the time that will be spent on cleaning the hexagon.

• Garbage collect price consists of payment with the resource CASH.

• Prices depend on the type of building and its LVL.

Think carefully before dismantling a building, as these actions require significant resources.
